Strictly Come Dancing – The Live Tour is back!

Celebrating our tenth anniversary, we cannot wait to get the tour out on the road and bring this entertainment extravaganza to an arena near you.

We kick off the new year in style, reliving some of the magical moments from the Strictly Come Dancing BBC1 TV series, all performed on a supersize dance floor!

With breathtaking dance routines; celebrities and professional dancers all set to dazzle; and judges who bring their own Strictly-something to every show, this is a night out not to be missed.

So grab that sparkly jacket, dust off those dance shoes and waltz your way into the show sure to put a smile on your face!

The Line Up

DAISY LOWE

Daisy Lowe is one of fashion’s most recognizable faces, having worked with Chanel, Vivienne Westwood, Burberry, Louis Vuitton and Marc Jacobs. Daisy said: “I’m so lucky to be joining the tour and keeping my Strictly dream alive. I loved my time on the TV series, but now I’m really looking forward to getting out on the road to keep dancing and improving. Roll on January!”

DANNY MAC

Danny Mac, best known as Mark ‘Dodger’ Savage in Hollyoaks, has been acting since the age of 10. He has been nominated three times for a National Television Award. Danny said: “Wow – what an amazing opportunity to perform in front of the huge arena audiences all over the country. I’ve heard how amazing the live tour is and I can’t wait to get out there!”

ED BALLS

Ed Balls, described by many as the ‘people’s champion’, became the 10th celebrity to leave the TV series on Sunday night, after losing in the dance-off to Judge Rinder. On joining the tour, Ed said: “My time on Strictly has been incredible. I’ve been overwhelmed by the huge support I’ve had from the public voting for me. Going on tour is going to be another first for me and I plan to give it everything I’ve got for the audiences across the country.”

LESLEY JOSEPH

Lesley Joseph, best known for playing Dorian Green in the popular television series Birds of a Feather, exited the series in week five. On joining the tour she said: “This has been a very special Strictly series and I am very proud to have been part of it. But now I can’t wait for the tour. I’m getting ready to put my dancing shoes back on and hit the dance floor again!”

LOUISE REDKNAPP

TV presenter, singer and fashion blogger Louise Redknapp first rose to fame as part of the pop group Eternal, one of the best-selling girl groups of the 90s, before embarking on a successful solo career. Her debut album sold over one million copies. Her extensive television presenting credits include The Clothes Show (UKTV), and ITV documentary The Truth About Size Zero. Louise, who received a score of 39 for her Argentine Tango, said: “I really can’t wait to dance my way around the UK! I’m loving every minute of Strictly, so continuing my journey into 2017 is going to be a brilliant way to kick off the New Year!”

ORE ODUBA

Ore Oduba, BBC Sports presenter, who scored 36 for his Paso Doble on Saturday night’s show said: “Taking part in Strictly has surpassed my wildest dreams. So much so it’s difficult to imagine life without it! The live tour means I don’t have to wake up from this Strictly dream. I can’t wait to travel the country with my friends and meet the fantastic audience that made our whole experience possible.”

Judges & Hosts 2017

ANITA RANI

Host Anita Rani said: “I had such a great experience on the series and the tour, that I jumped at the opportunity to come back and host the tour. I had a taster as tour host last year when I stood in for Mel Giedroyc, which was so much fun. I’m really looking forward to being back in front of the lovely Strictly audiences to celebrate 10 years on the road!”

LEN GOODMAN

Head Judge Len Goodman said: “The live tour always has such a great atmosphere and the 10th anniversary tour will definitely be one to remember, especially as this will come as I complete my final year on the TV series as Head Judge. Rest assured audiences, this tour will be a ten from Len!”

CRAIG REVEL HORWOOD

Craig Revel Horwood added: “I am very pleased to be back on tour with legendary Len and also welcoming Karen to the tour’s judging panel. This 10th year is going to be bigger and better than ever before. We’ll be pulling out all the stops to make sure that this anniversary tour is the best yet!”

KAREN HARDY

Guest Judge Karen Hardy said: “I couldn’t be more excited to be joining Len and Craig in the judging hot seat. Having seen the fantastic line-up for this year’s TV series, I know that audiences around the country are going to be in for a real treat. I can’t wait to get started!”
